As these stores are already built you are saving hundreds of thousands on development costs and zoning fees not to mention headaches with zoning inspectors and real estate agents.
Each store is an average of 12,000 sq ft with thousands of pet items in inventory ready to go.
We are in search of people with great drive who can really make the business flourish. There is a $5,000 training fee involved in becoming a store owner but after that there are no payments to us ever. Included in that $5,000 training fee is a professional trainer who will be on site with you at your store for the first 30 days to assist in making the transition a success.
We simply take a 10% royalty on the business moving forward. The stores come equipped with thousands items in inventory and are ready to start generating revenue from day one.
